Sites are typically 4-6 pages and generally include an engaging home page as well as an About, Services, Resources, and Contact page.

All web projects include overall site strategy, SEO foundations, photography sourcing, and custom graphics. We work in both Squarespace and WordPress (Divi theme), so you can be as hands on (or off) as you’d like once your site launches. We provide custom training on how to make content edits, check analytics, and view administrative functions on your new site, but are also on hand if you need a little extra support in the future (check out our optional Squarespace and WordPress monthly care plans).

If you are looking for a team who can build out a custom WordPress site (using the Divi theme) from your provided design mock-ups, please contact us to discuss your project needs and get a custom quote. Web site pricing is determined following a free initial consult to determine site functionality requirements, number of pages, plug-ins, etc.

How it Works

Once you reach out, we’ll connect over a free 30 minute discovery call to dive into your business goals and project needs. If you are ready to move forward, we’ll send over a custom project quote based on the scope of work we discussed on the call. After the project quote is approved, you’ll be sent a standard contract and invoice for 20% of the project fee as a deposit. Then, we welcome you aboard and begin working on your project!

1. Discovery

Web site projects kick off with a design strategy session where we learn more about your business goals and target audience. We also review your brand standards and go over design inspiration to learn more about your visual preferences.

2. Design + Present

During this phase we create a preview showing the proposed design for the site home page, focusing on your established style guidelines, ideal client, and calls to action for your business.

3. Build + Refine

We then carry over the approved design concept to the full site, adding in your photography, content, and custom graphics in a clean, user friendly format. We also apply SEO basics and test for usability, links, and mobile responsiveness.

4. Launch

Pop the champagne 🥂! Once the final site design is approved and your edits are incorporated, we make it live and hand off your project files and custom training videos on how to edit and maintain your new site.
